Studio Etiquette
Arrival Times
To start your relaxing studio treatment, please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time to complete a client profile form.
For each following appointment, please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time so that you can receive your full treatment. You can relax in the client lounge prior to your appointment as well as after your treatment is finished.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to myself and other clients requesting appointments I respectfully ask for 24 hours cancellation notice. If you are having any service of 2 hours duration or more, please give 48 hours cancellation notice. I ask that all cancellations be done by phone and not by email. Please note that if insufficient notice is given there may be a charge applied to your next studio service.
Booking Appointments
Please call or email to book treatments. Due to the nature of the studios hours, no walk in appointments will be possible. However, please feel free to call, and I will be happy to serve you at my earliest available appointment time.

Children
Manuka Private Esthetic Studio is a child-friendly environment that welcomes children of all ages. I encourage all mums to relax in an environment where their children can be at their side during any service offered.
Please notify me if your small child will be accompanying you so that I can prepare the studio in advance.
